hip as you squat down.

Rise and shift your weight onto your right foot as you stretch your left arm over your head ballerina style to the right while extending
your left leg and keeping your left foot on the floor.

Alternate sides.

Assume a wide stance with your feet angled outward and your arms at your sides.


. Step 2

Breathe in deeply and push your hips back as you bend your knees slowly and lower your hips toward the floor.

Keep your torso upright and raise your arms out to your sides as you descend. Exhale as you rise out of the squat and repeat.

Same Arm Same Leg Open Up

Step 1

Kneel on the floor with your back straight and your arms extended shoulder width apart to support your torso.
. Step 2

Extend and raise your right leg and your right arm at the same time to form a straight line.


. Step 3

Gradually rotate your torso to the right so that your right hand points toward the ceiling. Hold this pose for a deep breath, return to
starting position and switch sides.

Step 1

Begin on your left side with your upper body propped on your left arm and your legs slightly bent. Partially stand up on your legs to
raise your body into a side bend or curve, bringing your right arm up to point to the ceiling.
. Step 2

Twist from your waist, bringing your right arm under your body and turning your torso inward. Lift your hips towards the ceiling.



. Step 3

Reverse your arm and torso out of the twist. Repeat and switch sides.


Swan Dive

Step 1

Begin on your stomach with your legs extended behind you and your hands at your shoulders with elbows bent.


. Step 2

Lift your legs behind you, and as you bring them down, raise your arms and upper torso.




. Step 3

Rock back down and lift your legs again, but this time, launch your arms and torso higher when you lower your legs. Repeat these
motions until a quick, smooth rocking motion is achieved.

Kneel on the floor and lean toward your left side, extending your left arm to the floor for support.

Extend your right leg to the side and place your right hand behind your head.


. Step 3

Swing your leg in front of and behind your body, pausing at the end of each swing. Repeat and switch sides.

Begin on your back with your arms outstretched behind your head and your legs extended.

Roll your upper body toward the ceiling as you lift your legs together to form a 45 degree angle with the floor.

Balance on your sit bones and hold this pose for two seconds. Return to starting position and repeat.
