size of a fist. For lunch, Emmy might eat scrambled egg whites with Parmesan cheese and tomato sauce. Emmy
enjoys cooking big batches of soup on the weekends to eat for dinner during the week. Her favorite is a carrot-
ginger soup. When she isn’t eating soup for dinner, Rossum often eats brown rice, sautéed spinach, and lemon
roasted organic chicken (her mom’s recipe).  If she eats dessert, Emmy usually indulges in something fruit-based
like cherry clafoutis. Despite her advice, Emmy’s certainly not scarfing down drive-thru burgers every night. Emmy
