•After years of exposure to too much insulin, your body's cells become insulin resistant.  You are now Type
2 Diabetic, and will be prescribed even more insulin by injection,

so much, now  stops producing sufficient insulin, and you become Type 1 Diabetic, as well.

reset to an optimum level.  Positive change in diet decreases your fat store, and gives you the
nourishment, and the energy, to exercise.  Proper types and amounts of exercise will increase your muscle
mass.  Since muscle burns calories, and fat does not, you will now have little difficulty maintaining your
ideal weight, as well as staying functionally fit and healthy,
•An exciting workout that simultaneously develops useful life skills and abilities will keep you motivated and
make working out enjoyable,

•Addictive cravings for the wrong foods can take a little while to eliminate, but in time you will not miss
those foods, so long as you are not kept hungry.  You will find these wrong foods begin to taste as bad as
they really are for you.  
We know whole grains are good for us because they're packed with fiber, vitamins, minerals, and
